Red tear drop is Corkscrew….blue donuts are other SOTA activations I’ve done
Breakfast in Beatty, NV at Mel’s dinner…..classic and a real piece of Americana.
Two nights earlier….wind storm meant no Milky Way photography and a night in a motel in Beatty, NV but beer and a real dinner were a plus.
Corkscrew….do I need to mountaineer to the mesa?
Looking west into Death Valley
Looking south toward Badwater (lowest point in US at approximately -280 ft)
Cold and windy on this peak but I remembered to fly the flag
